Not a Free Sales Call
The discovery audit is the first paid product. An actual piece of work that has value whether you go further or not.
You get a written report of exactly what's going on in your business and a clear plan of what we'd build to fix it. If you decide not to go further, you still walk away with a clear picture of what's possible.
What Happens, Step by Step
You book and pay
Payment secures the call. You'll get a confirmation and calendar invite immediately.
Pre-call questionnaire
A short form 48 hours before the call. 8-10 questions about your team, tools, and where the time goes. Takes 10 minutes.
The one-hour call
We go through your actual workflow. Not the ideal version. The real one. Where the hours go. What gets missed.
Written report within 48 hours
What you're losing time on, what we'd build to fix it, what changes after, and the price. That report is the proposal.
You decide
No pressure. If you go ahead, the £250 comes off your build. If not, you keep the report.
Things People Usually Ask First
"We've tried something like this and it didn't work."
Most of the time it either wasn't built for the way the business actually works, or nobody owned the maintenance when something broke. Both are fixable.
"Can't I just do this myself?"
You could. Most people who try get 80% of the way there before something breaks and they run out of time. That's usually when they call.
"We need to think about it."
Fair enough. If it's about budget, the quick win at £600 is a lower-risk starting point. If it's about sign-off, I can send a one-page summary to share internally.
"We already have a system."
What does it cover and where does it fall short? I'm not here to replace what works. The audit finds the gaps.
Paid upfront. Deducted from your build if you go ahead.
