No. Quotes are free. The audit is only for projects complicated enough to need mapping first.

Often it wasn't built around how the business actually works, or nobody looked after it when something changed. Mapping the process first helps with both.

Fair enough. If it's about budget, a simple automation from £250 is a lower-risk place to start. If it's about sign-off, I can send a one-page summary to share internally.
