50% Deposit
A 50% deposit books your project in. Larger projects over £2,000 may use staged payments agreed in advance.
Design and Build
Your website is designed and built around your business, using the content you supply and anything we've agreed to create.
Review
You check the site and ask for changes within your agreed revision rounds.
Final Payment and Launch
The final 50% is paid, your domain is connected and the website goes live.
Optional Care and Automation
Look after the site yourself, or add Spark Care for ongoing support. Automations can be added whenever you're ready.

Fixed Quote, or an Audit for Complex Projects
Straightforward projects get a fixed quote. Complicated projects that need proper process mapping may need the £250 Automation Discovery & Systems Audit first. Straightforward projects don't.

The automation is built and connected to your tools.
Test
It's tested against real scenarios before it goes near your live business.
Deploy
It's switched on, with plain English documentation so you know what it does.
Optional Ongoing Support
Spark Care+ covers automation monitoring and minor workflow adjustments.
Three Things Worth Knowing
Timelines Agreed Upfront
Your quote includes a timeline based on the size of the project. Keeping to it depends on content arriving when agreed.
Communication Is Direct
You deal with Dan throughout. Updates by email or WhatsApp. No account managers.
Scope Changes Are Quoted
If you want something that wasn't in the agreed scope, it's priced separately before any work is done. That protects both of us.
