What data we collect and why

When you use our contact form or book a discovery audit, we collect your name, email address, business type and any information you choose to share about your business. We use this to respond to your enquiry, manage your booking and follow up about our automation services.

When you book a discovery audit and make payment, your payment details are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

We use Go High Level (GHL) to manage bookings and store contact information. Their privacy policy is available at gohighlevel.com.

How long we keep your data

We keep your contact details for as long as necessary to provide our services and for up to two years after our last contact. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk if you believe we have handled your data unlawfully.
