For Quick Win automations, support is optional after the first 30 days. The Automation Care Plan at £50 per month covers monitoring and fixes if you want continued cover. For Growth Pack and Business OS projects, ongoing management is required because connected automations need someone responsible for monitoring and fixes.
No. Tool subscriptions are paid separately by the client. We will recommend the simplest suitable setup before anything is built so you know what to expect before committing.
