Step 1 — Always First

Paid Discovery Audit

This is not a free sales call. It's the first paid product. Before we build anything, we need to understand exactly how your business runs and where the time is actually going.

After the 2-week aftercare period, you can manage it yourself or move onto the retainer. If something breaks after the aftercare and you're not on the retainer, we'll fix it at our standard day rate. Most clients find the retainer easier — the whole point of automation is removing work from your plate, not adding a new thing to monitor.

Once we've built your automation, we keep it running. We monitor it, fix anything that breaks, and check in every month. The whole point of automation is removing work from your plate — not replacing it with a new system to babysit.

Without the retainer you can still come back to us when something needs fixing — we'll sort it at our standard day rate. But most clients find it easier to have us on retainer. You stop thinking about the automation entirely. That's the point.
